The Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is IIEBM’s flagship management program, approved by AICTE, the Ministry of HRD, and the Government of India.

Students can build their expertise through major specialisations in Marketing, Human Resource Management, Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Business Analytics, along with Entrepreneurship as a minor specialisation. The curriculum encourages students to connect functional knowledge with emerging technologies, data-driven decision-making, digital business models, and evolving industry expectations.
The program focuses on developing critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical ability, adaptability, and entrepreneurial mindset, while strengthening professional skills required to respond to changing business and industry needs.
